The Magic Sauce is was set up in Singapore in 2013 as a boutique creative agency.

For years, we would say we are an innovation agency, but since the word innovation is a bit over-used and means many things, we have boiled it down to this:

We work with businesses to create, build & share better ideas, so they can innovate, grow and stay ahead of the game.

We do that in a few ways: either we partner with you to take on a creative challenge or we build your innovation muscles, so you can do it yourself.

Why? Because we all need to innovate. Things are always in flux, things always change, things always get disrupted.

Innovation is essential for progress and growth. It drives advancements in technology, science, art, retail, medicine, and various other fields. Without innovation, we would stagnate and fail to address the challenges and opportunities that arise.

But real innovation is hard. Very hard.

It’s messy and unpredictable. And even though we love the rewards of successful innovation, most are very uncomfortable treading into unfamiliar terrain.
